The graduate business economist (DH) has experience of 20 years in international family businesses and global corporations, including many years as a key account and new business manager, sales director, managing director and board member of an SDAX company, and was responsible for up to 2,000 employees and 500 million Euros turnover. He has been a personnel consultant since 2008 and founded SCHILLER Executive Search in 2009, based in Erlangen/Germany.

In February 2012, the company expanded to China with an office in Shanghai.

SCHILLER Executive Search AG based in Berlingen/Switzerland was founded in December 2012. Klaus J. Schiller is married and has two sons.

In his free time he likes to do sports, travel the world and meet up with friends. He was a guest lecturer for international marketing at a university for many years, is involved as a business angel and supports young start-up companies.
